When making purchases on MachineDecals.com all major credit cards will be accepted.

Shipping

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted.  Kits are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment.

Request to ship with any other carrier such as FedEx or UPS must be made via phone order and may carry an additional charge.

Lay Flat Shipping vs Standard Shipping

For our standard shipping, kits are shipped using boxes or tubes. Kits that are shipped rolled will need to be laid flat before installation. This is done to keep shipping cost at a minimum. We ship thousands of kits this way with no problems every year.

Returns

Returns will be excepted for unused product only.

Once we receive your return you will be refunded the full purchase price within 2 business days.  If you wish to be refunded the return shipping (not to exceed $12 unless pre approved by MachineDecals.com) please email a copy of the shipping receipt to dynamic@wi.rr.com NOTE: Only damaged or incorrect shipments are eligible for shipping refunds.
